  • 20 chicken wings;
  • 5-6 tbsp. spoons of good mayonnaise;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of sweet paprika;
  • 1 teaspoon curry seasoning mixture;
  • Salt, preferably coarse, to taste;
  • 1 teaspoon of Provençal herbs;
  • A little ground hot pepper;
  • A couple of cloves for piquancy - optional.

Preparation:

1. First, prepare the chicken wings for baking - rinse thoroughly and dry with kitchen paper towels. Using a sharp knife, cut the skin in the center of the wing to straighten it. But it is best to cut off the outermost, small phalanx; it quickly begins to burn, and there is little meat in it. It can be left for preparing chicken broth or jellied meat.

2. Thoroughly salt the chicken lids placed in a deep bowl or pan, add mayonnaise and all the spices. You don't have to add garlic, but it will go well with this option if you still want it.

3. Leave the wings to marinate for at least 2-3 hours, or even better, overnight. To reduce cooking time, the skin on the wings can be cut, but only barely, so that they do not fall apart during baking.

4. The grill grate needs to be heated well, then you won’t have to lubricate it with additional oil. Place the marinated meat and bake until done, but no less than 20-25 minutes, being careful not to dry out the dish.

1. To make it more convenient to work with the product, you need a large and convenient dish for marinating. Rinse and dry the wings, roll them into a triangle shape, tucking one wing phalanx under the other, and set aside for a while.

2. Mix sour cream with mustard, salt well and add additionally ground black pepper. Pass the garlic cloves through a kitchen press and mix all the ingredients for the sauce.

3. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to marinate for at least half an hour.

4. After the time allotted for marinating, place the wings in a fireproof form and place in an oven preheated to 180 C. After 12-15 minutes, reduce it to 160 C and cook for at least 40 minutes.

  • 1.5-2 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste;
  • Black pepper and salt.

Preparation:

1. Wash and dry the chicken wings with napkins, cut them into 2-3 pieces, and place them in a large bowl.

2. Add salt and pepper, seasonings and crushed garlic. Mix everything well so that the spices are distributed evenly throughout the meat. Then add tomato paste to the wings.

1. Prepare chicken wings - rinse, dry and cut off a thin phalanx.

Therefore, marinades such as vinegar, vodka, cognac, and citric acid should be excluded as the most aggressive ones - the meat should be saturated with flavor, but not “crawl” into fibers from excessive softness.

One of the traditional marinade options for chicken wing kebab is honey marinade. With it, the wings will turn out to be spicy, but at the same time sweetish - an ideal combination of qualities for lovers of savory cuisine. So, for honey marinade you need*:

honey – 30 g (2 tbsp)
soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
beer (preferably light) – 100 ml.
garlic – 3 cloves

Mix all these ingredients (to do this, the garlic must first be passed through a garlic press). Soy sauce is the basis of another interesting marinade. It also contains wine vinegar, but don’t be alarmed - the amount of it here is not so great that the meat becomes too soft.

wine vinegar – 4-5 tbsp.
olive oil – 4-5 tbsp.
sugar – 4 tbsp.

cream (10% fat) – 60-70 ml.

You can also bake vegetables with this kebab – they go well with the sweet and sour marinade.

Fans of more traditional and less spicy barbecue recipes can choose a marinade recipe in which the spiciness is achieved not so much by hot sauces as by spices. The kebab in this marinade should be marinated a little longer - from 4 to 7 hours, but the wait is worth the result - the result will be piquant, at the same time sharp and tender wings.

Mix honey with sauce, ginger and minced garlic in a garlic press. We also add the spices that you decide to use. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. And then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Then cool slightly. Rinse the wings and dry with a paper towel. Then add salt and pepper to them. And then immerse it in the cooled marinade for half an hour or an hour.

Heat the oven to 200-230 degrees. Grease a baking dish with oil and place marinated chicken wings there. Bake the chicken for about 10 minutes. Then turn the wings over and lightly coat the top with marinade. Cook for another 5 minutes, then sprinkle with the aromatic mixture again and bake again for 5 minutes.   • 500 ml fermented milk product;
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • salt + ground black pepper;
  • dill + parsley;
  • some walnuts;
  • breadcrumbs.

Mix kefir with salt, pepper and garlic crushed in a garlic press. The marinating solution is ready. Place the wings in it and leave for an hour.

Grease the mold with oil. Roll the marinated wings in breading and place on a baking sheet. And then we send them to an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake this beauty for 40 minutes.

How to cook wings with soy sauce

This recipe calls for the following products:

  • 0.7 kg wings;
  • 150 ml ketchup (you can replace it with tomato paste);
  • 150 ml soy sauce;
  • 150 g onions.

The onion needs to be peeled and finely chopped. Separately mix ketchup with soy sauce and add chopped onion. Next you need to mix everything thoroughly.

The wings need to be placed in the prepared aromatic mixture. I don’t recommend adding additional salt, because soy sauce is already salty. The wings should be left in the marinade for 3-4 hours. All this time they should be in the refrigerator.

Cooking wings with mustard and honey

To prepare this yummy (4 servings) take:

  • 8 wings;
  • 4 tbsp wine vinegar;
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • 4 tbsp each regular mustard + mustard beans;
  • 100 g honey;
  • ground black pepper + salt.

Mix honey, vinegar, oil and mustard. Add salt and pepper here. We send the wings to this marinade. Then cover the top of the container with a lid or cling film and place it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Next, heat the oven to 220-230 degrees. We take the wings out of the marinade (don’t pour it out - it will come in handy later). Place the chicken in a greased pan and place in the oven. You need to bake for half an hour - during this time the wings need to be turned over 2-3 times. And each time you do this, you should sprinkle the chicken with marinade.

Serve the chicken hot. Wings marinated in honey and mustard are indescribably delicious. It is better to serve them with fresh vegetables.

Preparing a spicy marinade - Chinese version

Fans of Asian dishes will appreciate this option. To prepare it you will need:

  • kilo of wings;
  • 2 tbsp. chili sauce (take sweet);
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil;
  • 2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce;
  • 2 tbsp. oyster sauce;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 60-65 ml honey;
  • 4 tbsp. chopped green onions.

Mix the sauces with honey, butter and chopped onion. Peel the garlic and chop it using a garlic press. Then add the garlic mass to the marinade. Dip the wings into it and leave for a couple of hours.

Preheat the oven to 220-230 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the marinated chicken on it. Place the meat in the oven and cook for 25 minutes. During this time, you need to turn it over 1 or 2 times, brushing the spicy mixture on top. Next, the chicken needs to be cooked on the grill mode for another 6-7 minutes.

Serve the wings hot. Top them with sauce.

Cooking wings in beer marinade

For this delicacy, prepare the following foods:

  • a kilo of chicken wings;
  • a glass of light beer;
  • 1 tbsp. chopped coriander;
  • a little red hot pepper;
  • 1 tbsp. Adyghe salt.

We wash the wings and dry them with a paper towel. Next, fill them with beer, salt, pepper and add coriander. Mix everything thoroughly. Leave the chicken in this spicy liquid for 1-2 hours.

Next, place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 150-160 degrees and place the marinated wings into it. Cooking for about an hour. Just don’t forget to turn the wings over a couple of times during the baking process. Otherwise they will simply turn into coals.

Try to ensure that the components combined in the marinade are thoroughly mixed. For this, for example, you can use a blender or mixer. And after mixing the ingredients in this way, it is better to leave the mixture for 20-30 minutes - let it infuse.

Usually chicken (and any other meat) is poured with cold marinade. And if you want to reduce the marinating time, pour it with a warm aromatic mixture. The temperature of the marinade should not be higher than body temperature. Don't try to pour it too hot!

Try to marinate chicken in special bags (they usually have zippers). This makes it easier to ensure that the marinade is evenly distributed on the meat.
