1. General Provisions

2. Functions

5. Responsibility

5.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and the Rules of the internal labor regulations of the lyceum, legal orders and instructions of the director of the lyceum, local regulations, official duties established by this instruction, as well as the adoption of managerial decisions that entailed the disorganization of the educational process, the deputy director for scientific and methodological work is responsible in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 5.2.
