  1. Anaerobic microorganisms. The antibiotic is active against almost all microbes living in the absence of oxygen.
  2. Aerobic gram-positive microbes. Most often, the medicine is used against streptococci of various groups.
  3. Aerobic gram-negative microbes. The antibiotic quickly destroys cybellus, diplococci, proteus and the most common bacteria - E. coli.

When it enters the body, the medicine rushes into the systemic bloodstream. There it binds to plasma proteins. The concentration of the active substance remains high over a long period.
