So let's get started. Today I will close 3 three-liter jars.

I’ll put pink plum-shaped and orange tomatoes in one, round tomatoes in another, and red thick cream in a third. Place the tomatoes in clean, dry jars, trying to fill them as much as possible, but do not compact them too much.

Unlike traditional recipes, which use horseradish leaf, dill, parsley, currant leaves, cherries, etc., for this preparation we only need garlic, as well as salt, sugar and citric acid.

Fill the prepared jars with boiling water, and to prevent the jars from bursting, place a teaspoon in them and pour boiling water on it.

Cover the jars with lids and leave in this position for 20-30 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the garlic; it needs to be peeled and chopped.

You can do this in any way convenient for you - grind it in a meat grinder, grind it in a blender, pass it through a garlic press, or, as in my case, grate it on a fine grater.

There is quite a lot of garlic in this recipe, one head per 3-liter jar.

After half an hour, the water from the cans must be drained. If you wish, you can prepare the marinade using the same water, adding salt, sugar and citric acid, but I will pour it from the kettle and add everything necessary directly to the jars.
