Any variety of radish, be it green, black watermelon or Margelan, is a real storehouse of vitamins, organic acids, essential oils, and antioxidants. By eating radish at least once a week, you are guaranteed to increase your immunity and forget about colds.

The best option for eating this vegetable is, of course, salads, and there are a lot of them, for every taste and color. Especially, it seems to me, meat salads based on it are delicious - with ham, sausage, boiled beef or chicken. How to cook a delicious and healthy radish salad with chicken

We thoroughly wash the red radish with a brush, rinse with cold water. Then we clean from the peel.


Cut into thin strips, put in a deep bowl, pour cold boiled water, leave for 10 minutes.


Onion for salad cut into thin rings. We heat refined vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, add a tablespoon of butter, sauté the onion for several minutes until translucent, salt to taste and pepper with freshly ground black pepper.

Ingredients: green radish - 1 pc.; chicken breast - 1 piece (or, in my opinion, fillet with 2 chicken legs) .; onion - 2 pcs.; hard-boiled chicken eggs - 3 pcs.; flour - 1 tbsp. spoon; vegetable oil, salt, pepper. Dressing: mayonnaise (can be replaced with kaymak or natural yogurt).

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, about the size of a little finger. Salt, season with freshly ground pepper mixture, and leave to marinate.

Peel the radish and cut into round or semicircular slices. Pour cold salted water over and leave for 30-40 minutes. Thanks to this soaking, we will get rid of the tart smell and the radish will be well salted, so that later it will not have to be salted.

In a well-heated frying pan, in a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the chopped chicken fillet. Pickled pieces will fry very quickly, do not miss it, otherwise you will get dried, tasteless crackers.

Cut the onion into rings or half rings. Sprinkle with flour. Mix and transfer to a sieve. Shake the sieve a few times to get rid of excess flour.

Saute the onion in a sufficient amount of vegetable oil. Do not overcook it too much, the onion should turn golden. Drain the sautéed onions on paper towels to remove excess oil.

The onion should be crispy and very tasty.

Drain the water from the radish and chop it into thin strips. Now take it and, in parts, squeeze it well with your hands.

Transfer the squeezed radish and fried chicken fillet pieces to a salad bowl. Add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise (kaymak or yogurt) and mix.

Chop the hard-boiled eggs into strips and put them in a salad bowl, on top of the radish with chicken.

Spread the warm browned onions around. Top with toasted sesame seeds.

Toss salad just before serving. There is no need to “insist” and “saturate” anything, tea is not silo, but a snack. The onion should remain crisp and the egg yolk should not turn into a "cloudy goo" by irreversibly reacting with the dressing.

By the way, nothing prevents you, my friends, from replacing radish with radish, but you don’t need to soak it. Yes, and it is not necessary to clean, the main thing is to wash well. Well, yes, cut longer. So take the “Korean” grater if you are so impatient.

To prepare a salad with boiled chicken and fresh carrots, any radish is suitable, except for black. As a dressing, I use 10% fat sour cream, but any other will do, as well as mayonnaise. Chicken fillet can be boiled in advance, or before preparing a salad. Carrots are added raw. I rub vegetables on a coarse grater. An indispensable ingredient of the dish is garlic, crushed with a garlic press. Our family loves it, and it's useful.
