Food producers. Russian food industry
The article examines enterprises in the Russian food industry: production of the main types of products in 2014 and the structure of owners of organizations. Total reviewed 240 organizations ( 471 enterprise, taking into account production facilities located within holdings) of the food industry, producing on average about half of all all-Russian production according to the product range listed in the article ( 21 view).
1. Meat production
in 2014 amounted to 5811 thousand tons.

There are only two producers of margarine and specialty fats with Russian founders and shareholders: Evdakovsky MZhK and Irkutsk MZhK. They produce only 8% of the total Russian product output. The rest are either taken offshore or are honest foreign businesses.
