I try, if possible, to avoid using any fat in cooking, including vegetable oil, and I also don’t use flour - all this is a tribute to the diet. You have to get out of it by preparing familiar dishes in an unusual way so that it does not affect the taste. For example, the classic method of preparing liver involves rolling the liver in flour, then frying it in vegetable oil, and then stewing it in sour cream. How to cook liver in kefir with herbs in a frying pan

  1. Wash the chicken liver well and dry. Place the product in a bowl (wiped dry), season with salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
  2. Wash fresh basil under running water and shake. Using a sharp knife, finely chop the greens. Add chopped basil to the liver and stir, keep the ingredients for 10 minutes at room temperature.

In the morning, take the porridge out and warm it to room temperature. After the porridge has warmed up, it can be consumed. Before doing this, drink a cup of warm clean water. The first meal should take place only an hour after eating porridge. The treatment course should last 10 days;
  2. Method 2. For seven days you need to eat buckwheat porridge seasoned with one percent kefir. To prepare, take a glass of buckwheat grains per one and a half liters of water, put the ingredients in a saucepan, wrap in a warm cloth and leave to stand overnight. During this time, the porridge will swell and in the morning you will receive freshly prepared porridge, which has retained the maximum benefit;
  3. Method 3. We repeat recipe No. 2, only instead of water we use one percent kefir. Store the final product in the refrigerator and eat it within 10 days.

3. With milk thistle

You can use kefir with milk thistle seeds.

To prepare such a dietary cocktail, take high-quality low-fat kefir and add a teaspoon of ground milk thistle seeds to it.

4. With flaxseeds

Similar to the recipe with buckwheat, there are also several recipes for adding flax seeds to kefir. The most popular is the one that provides for three-week use:

  1. In the first week, take 100 ml of kefir and add 1 teaspoon of seeds to it;
  2. In the second week, the amount of fermented milk drink remains the same, but you need to add two tablespoons of seeds;
  3. In the third week, three spoons of seeds are poured into 150 ml of drink.
