  6. Sift flour into a bowl through the finest sieve. After the next stirring, there should not be even the smallest lumps left in the mass. Otherwise, they will ruin the structure of the future cake.
  7. The square shape is covered with parchment. The dough is poured out.

Classic brownies are baked for 30 - 35 minutes at 170 degrees. The dough should be moist in the middle, but not runny. The finished dessert is cut into small pieces.

How to cook a cake in a slow cooker?

Ingredients: 2 squares of dark chocolate, 140 plums. butter, 90 g high-grade flour, a glass of granulated sugar, 2 small. l. baking powder, a pinch of salt, 3 large eggs, 120 g of any nuts.

  2. Lightly beat the eggs with sugar.

The top will be covered with a slightly glossy crust, but the inside of the cake will remain moist, slightly sticky and slightly stretchy. Cut it into squares or rectangles when it has cooled slightly. Serve with tea, coffee or cocoa with chocolate glaze or just as is.

Brownie with cocoa

No chocolate? This is not a reason to refuse to prepare sweets. It can easily be replaced with regular cocoa powder. Serve the brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or cherry syrup. You have never tried such yummy food!

Remove the baked goods from the oven and cool. It is advisable to let the brownies sit in a cool place for about 2-3 hours or longer. Then cut and pour glaze over it. That's it, put the kettle on.

To prevent the glass bowl from bursting, it must be made of heat-resistant glass. We send it to a water bath. To do this, you need to select a pan according to its diameter and depth: the bowl should not completely fall into it, but should cling to the protrusions on the sides. There should be enough space between the bottoms of the bowl and the pan for boiling water, which will create the optimal temperature for melting chocolate, and it begins to melt at 40 degrees, and chocolate should not be overheated.
Pour some water into the pan and bring to a low boil. Then we put the bowl of chocolate in the bath.

5. Melt the mass, stirring constantly, until liquid. The chocolate-butter mixture will be homogeneous, shiny, and fluid. Darkening of the chocolate, a change in its smell, loss of fluidity, and the appearance of grains indicate overheating or poor quality of the product used. Unfortunately, such chocolate will not make brownies, so it is important to monitor the temperature and prevent the chocolate base from curdling. And, of course, the chocolate must be of high quality; it is better to choose a more expensive product.

6. Remove the bowl of warm chocolate from the bath and add sugar to it. It is advisable to use brown sugar; it has a pleasant caramel taste. But it can be replaced with regular white sugar.

7. Mix with a spatula. There is no need to try to dissolve the sugar grains. They will melt later: partly under the influence of the temperature of the chocolate mass, partly during the baking process.

8. When the chocolate has cooled a little, add the eggs. They should be added one at a time, carefully mixing each egg into the dough. Important point: you can’t beat it! The main difference between brownie and other chocolate baked goods is its dense but delicate texture. Therefore, no baking powder is added to the dough, and the eggs are not beaten, but gently stirred.
