We will need:

  • gingerbread -0.5 g
  • marshmallows - 0.2 kg
  • kiwi - 2-3 pcs.
  • sour cream - 0.5 kg
  • sugar - 3-4 tbsp.

Cooking method:

1. Take the gingerbread cookies and cut them lengthwise into 3 slices with a knife. This will literally take 10 minutes. There is absolutely nothing complicated.

Important! It is best to take chocolate gingerbreads and they should be fresh and soft. The knife must be sharpened very well so that they do not break, but are cut.

Add sugar to sour cream and stir. You can add sugar to taste, but I don’t recommend making it too sweet. Since all the ingredients are so sweet. This will be the cream. 🙂 Move it aside so that it sits and the grains dissolve.


2. Also cut the marshmallows lengthwise into plastic pieces. Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces.


3. Now assemble: grease the round tray and its bottom with sour cream. Next, place the cut gingerbread cookies and soak them in cream. Next, add marshmallows and kiwi pieces.

Important! You can grease each piece of gingerbread individually with sour cream so that they are better soaked.


4. Now again soaked gingerbread cookies in sour cream and again marshmallows. This way, such a beautiful slide of sweet ingredients will be formed.

Important! If you want this dish to be savory, use different flavors of marshmallows, such as strawberry and vanilla.

We will need:

  • shortbread cookies “For tea” – 0.5 kg
  • sour cream 20% - 1 l
  • banana - 1 pc.
  • granulated sugar - 5-6 tbsp
  • grated chocolate - 50 g
  • strawberries or any other berry


Cooking method:

1. Cut the bananas into small pieces.

Important! Take only ripe and fresh fruits; there is no need to buy ones with black spots.


2. Add granulated sugar and chopped bananas. Stir.


3. Take a deep bowl and wrap it in cling film. Grease the bottom with sour cream sauce, then the broken cookies.

Oh, I remember in my student years I would sit and break and crumble cookies by hand. It's all done now, it's ready and everything is ready.

So, take a baking dish, preferably one with detachable sides.


Mix butter at room temperature with the resulting crumbs until smooth. And then place this mixture on the bottom of the mold, forming slightly sides.

Mix cottage cheese and condensed milk together.

2. Gelatin will need to be diluted as written in the instructions. Pour water into a glass and stir it thoroughly. Next, place the glass in hot water and stir again until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Of course, you just have to tinker with it a little, don’t think that it will be cooked in the oven, it won’t, but you won’t be able to cook it in 5 minutes; it will take about 30 minutes. Try it too. I bring to your attention 2 types, one made from cookies, the other whipped up in a frying pan without an oven and without gelatin.

We will need:

  • Cookies “Milk” or “Baked milk”, or “Jubilee” - 30-36 pcs.
  • Milk - 0.5 l
  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sugar - 2/3 tbsp or to your taste

Cooking method:

1. I suggest starting your work by preparing a sauce or cream. To do this, take a clean bowl and break the eggs, sprinkle with sugar. Using a whisk, beat this mixture well. Important! Take any fillers, for example prunes, dried apricots. But it is better to take fruits that are not very wet. Because it will be very difficult to form the desired shape from wet ones.

3. After all the steps, place the fish in sour cream fruit cream. Then leave them to soak for about a couple of hours.


In 2 hours, the cookie dessert will be almost ready.

4. Next, form into any shape and decorate with nuts or coconut flakes. You can immediately put the cookies in the mold to soak. We will need:

  • yogurt - 700 ml
  • sugar or tea cookies - 200 g
  • dry mix for jelly multi-colored – 3 packs
  • sugar - to taste, depending on the type of yogurt
  • butter - 50-70 g
  • gelatin - 2 tbsp

Cooking method:

1. First of all, make jelly from the dry mixture, to do this, take 3 bowls, pour water into them and add a special powder from the bag. By the way, how to make jelly should be indicated on the packaging. Read carefully and follow the instructions and do everything correctly. So, after you add the powder to the water, stir. And place in the refrigerator until completely frozen.

2. Cookies and butter should be at room temperature, place in a blender bowl and grind. Then take a mold with split edges and place the resulting mass from this mixture onto the bottom. This is how it is shown in this picture.

Important! You need to compact it well with your hands.

3. Now, as for the gelatin, pour half a glass of cold water and add 2 tablespoons of gelatin to it, stir. Then pour gelatin into 50 ml of cold yogurt. Stir and let stand and swell for 20 minutes. Then place this glass in a water bath or in a bowl of hot water. Gradually add the remaining yogurt while stirring. Gelatin should dissolve well.

Important! If you do it in a water bath, do not bring it to a boil, otherwise nothing will work; gelatin will not turn the mass into jelly.

Next, cut the resulting colored jellies that you made from the bag into pieces. And place them on top of the cookie crumbs. Fill with yogurt gelatin. Place in the refrigerator to set, then remove and remove the baking dish.

3. Meanwhile, start decorating. Wash the grapes, cut each berry in half, remove the seed, if any.

Preparation:

  • Let's move on to preparing the mousse filling. Dissolve the gelatin in water and let it swell for 1-1.5 hours.
  • Pour the gelatin mixture into a small saucepan and heat. The gelatin crystals should dissolve. The mixture should not boil. Set the liquid aside.
  • Take cottage cheese. If there are a lot of lumps in it, then rub it through a sieve. Place the cottage cheese in a separate bowl and add sugar to it. Beat with a mixer. While beating, add sour cream. Continue until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour dissolved gelatin into the curd mass in a thin stream. Mix the filling with a spoon.
  • Spread the mixture onto a layer of cookies that completely covers the bottom of the pan. You should have about 1/3 of the mousse left. Then again alternate a layer of cookies and a layer of cream. The top is filled with mousse. The top of the form is covered with plastic film.

  • To do this, pour water into a large saucepan. Turn on the fire under it, and place a container with food on top. Stir the cream thoroughly and heat. Let the mixture cool. We combine it with the broken cookies.
  • We spread this mass in the first layer into a mold lined with plastic wrap.
  • Prepare vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the package. It is sold in the grocery section of stores.

  • Whatever recipe you choose, all no-bake desserts are prepared in approximately the same way. It is best to use a springform pan with high sides for them. This will make it easy to remove the finished cake. As for the filling, if you don’t have cream cheese, you can replace it with regular cottage cheese.

3. Return to our swollen gelatin. Once 15 minutes have passed, heat it over low heat, stirring constantly until completely dissolved. Then remove from heat, let cool for 6 minutes. After this, once it cools, pour into sour cream and cottage cheese.

4. Stir with a spoon.
