  5. The finished base is poured into a muffin tin lined with cling film and put in a cool place until the jelly hardens (approximately 3 hours).
  6. Strawberries are washed, cut into larger pieces and placed on a curd dessert.
  7. The jelly from the package is diluted in hot water according to the instructions. The resulting mass is poured over the berries.
  8. Before serving, keep the dessert in the refrigerator for another 3 hours.

Cooking from cookies and condensed milk

This cake is very easy to make: just mix the ingredients and put them in the refrigerator until the morning.

  10. After an hour, whipped whites are added to it. You should end up with an airy mass that is placed into ice cream bowls.

  • 380 g of cookies with baked milk flavor;
  • 50 g cocoa powder;
  • 80 g sugar;
  • 130 g butter;
  • 40 ml milk;
  • 100 ml water;
  • 200 ml whipping cream;
  • 5 ml rum extract;
  • 50 g raisins;
  • 250 g Mascarpone cheese.

Prunes need to be soaked in warm water for 30–40 minutes. After this, stuff the prunes with halves of walnut kernels. Next, place the stuffed prunes in a bowl filled with a small amount of water and the juice of half a lemon for 10 minutes.
Beat sour cream with powdered sugar, add juice and zest of the remaining lemon, mix. Place the cooled prunes on a plate and top with whipped sour cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.


Watermelon cake
Ingredients: a small watermelon, some raspberries and coconut flakes.

Ingredients: 500 grams of pears, 250 grams of ice cream, 200 grams of sugar, 1/2 cup of sugar and 80 grams of walnuts.
To make syrup, boil water with sugar for a few minutes. Peel, core and cut the pears into slices and cook a little in the syrup (but do not overcook them!). Remove the pears from the syrup and let them cool.
Chop the nuts. Place the pears in bowls and pour syrup over them. Place ice cream on the pears (for example, with balls) and sprinkle with nuts.


Fruit tartare
Ingredients: strawberries and raspberries 200 grams each, 2 ripe and large kiwis, 100 grams of any cream cheese, 250 ml. whipping cream, a little vanilla, powdered sugar, mint.
Cut strawberries into 6-8 slices, cut large raspberries in half. Peel the kiwi and cut into 1.5 cm cubes. Make 4 servings, placing the fruit and cream in a cooking ring in layers. When removing the ring, pour over the raspberry sauce.
For the sauce, mix raspberries and sugar in a saucepan, place over medium heat, bring to a boil, rub through a sieve, and cool. For the cream, whip the cream into a stable foam. Mix cream cheese with whipped cream, seasoning with vanilla sugar.
For tartare, you can choose any combination of fruits that you have on hand: peaches, plums, firm pears, bananas. Do not use only watermelons and melons - they will flow very quickly and destroy the entire structure.


Fried bananas with ice cream
Ingredients: 2 bananas, 3 tbsp butter. spoons, brown sugar 3 tbsp. spoons, 300 grams of vanilla ice cream, mint, sesame seeds.
First, bring the butter and sugar to a boil in a frying pan. Place the prepared banana slices in a frying pan with the boiling mixture and fry until golden brown. Place on a plate, pour over the liqueur and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with ice cream and mint.


Baked apples with walnuts
Cut off the top of the apples and remove the core. For the filling, mix finely chopped nuts with sugar, add cinnamon.
Fill the apples with the filling, cover with the cut off tops, place on a greased baking sheet and add a little water.
Bake for 10–15 minutes at 180°C. The apples should still be a little firm inside.


Dates with cottage cheese
Ingredients: 20 dates, 150 grams of cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of honey, 100 grams of roasted almonds, almond essence, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.
After pre-soaking the dates in warm water for 3 hours, remove the seeds and drain them in a colander. For the filling, mix cottage cheese with honey and almond essence. Fill the dates with the resulting curd mass and put an almond kernel into each. Place the dates in a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.


Pineapple and tangerine dessert with whipped cream
Ingredients: pineapple - 1 piece, tangerines - 2-3 pieces, 35% fat cream - 1 glass, vanilla sugar - 1 sachet.
Beat the cream with vanilla sugar with a mixer until foamy. After peeling and cutting the pineapple, combine it with whipped cream and tangerine slices. Arrange among bowls. Drizzle syrup over dessert.


Strawberries in chocolate
Ingredients: fresh selected strawberries with stalks – 300 g, dark chocolate – 100 g.
Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath. We take each berry by the tail and dip it halfway into hot chocolate. Carefully place the berries on a flat plate, so that they do not touch each other, tails down. Place in the freezer of the refrigerator for 10 minutes and serve immediately.


Tiramisu
Ingredients: mascarpone or Philadelphia cheese 250 g, chicken egg 4 pieces, powdered sugar 75 g, elongated flat biscuits 30 pieces, strong coffee 200 ml, coffee liqueur 4 tablespoons, cocoa powder 80 g,
Whisk the mascapone until it is completely soft. In another bowl, beat the yolks and sugar until white for 5 minutes, add them a spoonful to the mascapone, whisking. In a separate, very clean bowl, beat the whites to soft peaks and add one spoon at a time to the mascapone.
Combine coffee and rum in a low-rimmed mold, then dip 15 biscuits (half) into the coffee. Place the soaked cookies on the bottom of the mold or vase.
Spread half of the mascapone mixture onto the cookies. Dip the remaining cookies into the coffee and place in a thick layer. Place a second layer of mascapone on top. Lightly tap the vase or mold to even out the layers. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
Before serving, sprinkle grated chocolate on top and sift in cocoa powder.


Pancake cake with condensed milk
Ingredients:
For the cakes:
3 tbsp. flour; 1 can of condensed milk; 1 egg; 1 tsp. soda (quench with vinegar).
For cream:
750 g milk; 200 g butter; 1.5 tbsp. sugar; 2 eggs; 3-4 tbsp. l. flour; 1 packet of vanillin.
Preparation:
Make the cake dough by mixing all the ingredients (flour, condensed milk, egg, soda). Divide the dough into 8 pieces.
Roll out one piece with a diameter larger than the frying pan and place it on a heated frying pan. After a minute, turn over (the cakes fry very quickly). We cut off the removed cake (the trimmings will then be used to top the cake).
Preparing the cream.
Mix all the ingredients except the oil and heat until thickened, stirring vigorously.
Finally, add butter to the hot cream. Grease the cakes with warm cream, sprinkle the top and sides with crushed crumbs. Leave the cake for several hours to soak. Bon appetit!


Chocolate covered bananas
Ingredients: bananas; chocolate, nuts, colored sprinkles.
Take a banana and peel it. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave (power 450, 2-3 minutes). We chop the nuts not very finely. Place banana pieces on wooden sticks and dip in chocolate. Then roll in nuts and colored sprinkles, place on parchment and put in the refrigerator to let the chocolate harden.


Bounty without baking
Ingredients: 200 gr. cookies, 100 ml. water, 20-100 gr. sugar (depending on the cookies), 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa, 80 gr. coconut flakes, 80 gr. softened butter, 60 gr. powdered sugar.
Grind the cookies in a blender or crumble them by hand.
Dissolve sugar in hot water and cool. Next, add cocoa and water to the crumbs and then mix thoroughly so that we get a plastic mass.
Mix coconut flakes with oil and powder. Roll out the cookie mixture on cling film into a rectangle that is not too thick, and spread the coconut mixture on top.
Roll into a roll and put in the freezer for 1 hour
