Having an IPRA is a prerequisite for registering a disabled person with the employment service. The program is formalized by the authorities medical and social examination(ITU) and is given to the disabled person. Disabled people who do not have an individual rehabilitation or habilitation program are not recognized as unemployed and unemployment benefits are not paid to them.
