What to cook for a 2 year old child. Milk soup with semolina dumplings. Proper menu design

Here I have compiled a sample menu for a week for a child 2.5 -3 years old. We are just 2 and 8. This is a set of products and dishes that we usually eat.

Of course, this is a slightly idealized option. In the sense that such variety every day is a plus and great. But in life, of course, it doesn’t work out that way, eat every day different dishes))). Usually, if soup is cooked, it is for the whole family (the baby has already grown up and eats with us) and for several days, so as not to worry about it. So both the soup and the main meal are eaten for 2-2.5 days.

However, from the point of view of “what should I cook today”, when, for example, there is not much time for imagination or anything else..., then it is very convenient to have such a menu in front of your eyes as a basis. Any mother, of course, has a bunch of her own delicious recipes. I'll bring mine. It can also be changed and modified for me))

If the baby has already switched to full-fledged adult food, and the breast for him is only a way to calm down, adults forget about the children's diet and begin to feed the child from the common table.

This is not always correct. There should be a special menu for a child 2-3 years old, which will allow his organs and systems to develop normally.

First, dear readers, let’s figure out which products must be present in a child’s diet:

  • lean meats (veal, beef, lamb, rabbits) -120 g per day;
  • eggs (preferably quail) and seafood (low-fat fish);
  • vegetables (100-120 g of potatoes per day, zucchini, pumpkin, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage);
  • fruits (100-120 g per day), berries (10-20 g per day);
  • cereals, sugar (10-20 g per day, taking into account sugars found in juices and other products).

Among the sweets, it is allowed to give marshmallows, biscuits, marmalade, marshmallows (preferably, they should be on a natural basis).

What foods should not be given to children at this age?

  • seafood that is difficult to digest (crabs, shrimp);
  • sausages industrial production, which contain preservatives and dyes;
  • fatty meat (lamb, goose) and fish (flounder);
  • melon, grapes (load the pancreas and increase the amount of gases in the intestines);
  • ice cream (today this delicacy is prepared using dyes and preservatives, palm oil; if you want to treat your baby to ice cream, prepare it yourself);
  • cakes, chocolate, sweets, store-bought confectionery(the proportion of sugar in them exceeds all acceptable standards, and the quality of the products used for cooking is questionable);
  • carbonated drinks;
  • cocoa (has a high fat content and an invigorating effect);
  • honey (if you are allergic to it).

10. Curd casserole

Cottage cheese is almost the healthiest milk product. But my baby categorically refuses to eat it, but the cottage cheese casserole goes with a bang. After several years of preparation, she became mine best friend and a savior when it is difficult to feed the child something. I also love cooking it because you can imagine and experiment during the process, and it’s almost impossible to spoil it.

Ingredients: 1 kg of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, half a glass of semolina, half a glass of milk, vanillin, 1 glass of sugar (to taste, a little less), zest of one lemon, juice of half a lemon, 1 tbsp. spoon of starch.
Preparation: Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or grind in a blender. How more tender cottage cheese, the tastier the casserole will be.

While you do this, pour milk over the semolina. Stir the eggs with sugar, it is not necessary to beat until foamy. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, semolina, add vanillin, pour in the juice of half a lemon, grate the lemon zest on a fine grater, add a spoonful of starch. Mix everything well. You can add dried apricots, raisins to the casserole, after soaking them in water, or berries and fruits. Pour the cottage cheese into a greased pan and place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes until golden brown on top. It's quick to prepare, and in 40 free minutes you can do a lot of useful things.
