    You can grind rose hips only by hand, with a mortar, masher or wooden rolling pin. When the mixture is ready, scald the prepared container with boiling water and add rose hips there. Then put the kettle on to boil, wait about three minutes after it boils, and pour water over the berries. Now the drink needs to be infused for about seven hours, and the lint is filtered through gauze only after this time has elapsed.

    It is best to brew the berries this way: all necessary substances will gradually emerge from the pulp of the berries into the liquid as long as the heat remains.
