To prepare, you will need 1 kg of cones and the same amount of sugar, as well as 1 liter of water and a little citric acid. The cooking process is a little longer than in the previous recipe, but the result is worth it. You need to do the following:

  1. Sort and rinse the pine buds. Place the pine cones in a saucepan.
  2. Fill with water and put on fire. Once the mixture boils, simmer it over low heat for an hour.
  3. Leave pine decoction infuse for 8 hours. The procedure must be repeated 3 times.

  5. Boil honey for 30 minutes.

And so 3 - 4 times, until the cones become soft. When ready, drain the infusion through a colander covered with 3-4 layers of gauze. Pour into a cooking container, add 1 kilogram of sugar per 1 kg of infusion and boil for 20 - 30 minutes. That's it, the healing pine honey is ready.

Add 0.5 tablespoons of citric acid so that the pine honey does not become candied, pour into sterilized jars and roll up the lids.
Store pine honey in the refrigerator.

A lot of cones (collected before July 15) are required for pine honey: 80–90 pieces per liter of water. And for every liter of water you will need 1 kg of sugar. First, you count the cones into the pan, say 400 pieces per 5 liters of water.
Cook them at a gentle boil until they become completely soft. After straining, throw away the pine cones, pour 5 kg of sugar into the broth and cook again until all the sugar has dissolved. Pine honey is ready.
To prevent it from becoming sugary, add half a teaspoon of citric acid. Pour pine honey into jars and put it in the refrigerator - it does not spoil.

For leukemia, lung, stomach and intestinal cancer, and almost all malignant tumors I give the patient a mixture of pine honey and pine pollen tincture (I mix in different proportions, depending on individual indications), and usually prescribe a teaspoon 3 times a day, and in some cases a tablespoon 3 4 times a day before meals, always at complex with the necessary herbal infusions.

  3. Rose honey – for asthma: Take 100 g of rose petals, 500 g of grated raw pumpkin, 5 finely chopped plantain leaves, 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 liter of dry red wine. Bring the mixture to a boil, but do not boil. Leave for a day, then strain. Drink a tablespoon 5 times a day;
  4. Pine cone honey for whooping cough: Proportions (2:2:1). Mix bee honey with warm olive oil, add honey from pine cones and give your child a teaspoon 3-4 times a day;
  5. Pine honey for bronchitis: Take 100 g pine honey, 50 g bee honey, 100 g butter, 100 g goose fat, 15 g aloe juice and 100 g cocoa. Mix all this, heat without bringing to a boil. Take a tablespoon per glass of hot tea 2 times a day - morning and evening;
  6. Treatment of hypertension with pine honey: Take a glass of beet juice, carrot juice, horseradish or radish juice (the grated horseradish must first be steeped in water for 36 hours) and the juice of 1 lemon. Mix this mixture with 1 tablespoon of honey and 0.5 cups of pine cone honey. Take 1 tablespoon 2-3 times a day an hour before meals or 2-3 hours after. Course of treatment: two months. Such mixtures should be stored in a well-closed glass container in a cool place;
  7. Honey inhalations: Fill a teapot with a spout one-quarter full of water. Bring the water to a boil, remove the kettle from the heat, add a tablespoon of bee and pine cone honey to the boiling water, inhale the vapors through a rubber or cardboard tube placed on the spout of the kettle. Inhalation duration is 15–20 minutes. It is better to spend it at night;
  8. Pine honey with plantain – for gastritis: Mix 500 g of honey with 500 g of plantain juice and boil over very low heat for 20 minutes. Take chilled juice before meals, 1 tablespoon 3 times a day. Store in a dark place;
  9. Honey dried fruits for constipation: Pass 400 g of dried apricots and 400 g of prunes through a meat grinder. Add 200 g of pine honey to this mass and mix well. Take 1 teaspoon at dinner with warm water;
  10. Radish with honey – for gallstones: Mix a glass of pine honey and a glass of black radish juice. Take this solution 3 times a day, 0.5 cups, for 1 week.

The ones I planted live in my dacha. And there is only one pine tree. This tree grew by itself, by self-sowing. Moreover, the seedling sprouted in the most inconvenient place (both for me and for the pine tree) under all conditions: in a ditch, on the border with a neighbor’s property.
At first, my pine seedling looked like a shoot of horsetail, so I almost weeded it out :-)

I was thinking about replanting the pine tree. But my dad, of blessed memory, came to the dacha and said that there was no need to do this: “The tree itself chooses where to grow. And since the pine seed was destined to germinate in this very place, then so be it.”

I must say that in that distant time I was more involved in the garden, because the dacha was, first of all, a breadwinner (as, I’m sure, for many dacha owners...). Therefore, I somehow didn’t think about either , or self-growing at the dacha - which I regret now.
If I were on my pine tree, it would grow more compact and fluffy. And without regular pinching, the pine tree grew tall, slender and long-legged.

There have been no cones on my pine tree for many years. And then, finally, they appeared - so fragrant, so resinous - I wanted to breathe them in and breathe!
That's when I remembered my mother's pine honey...

It is clear that the small harvest of cones from my young pine tree was not enough to prepare it. Therefore, I had to go into the forest to get some pine cones.

Collection of pine cones

Pine cones appear in the spring at the ends of young shoots. At first they are smaller than a pea. When they grow a little, it is time to collect them for pine honey.

To prepare this delicious healing product, you need fresh, green pine cones. It is better to collect them from trees away from the highway, in ecologically clean areas. Ideally, where young pines grow.
Remove small developing cones from the tree that have reached 1-4 cm in length. They can be easily cut with a knife or pierced with a fingernail.

So, my friend and I went into the forest to gather.
It turned out not quite simple matter, since cones have not yet formed on young short pines.
One of us had to use a long pole (stick) to tilt the branches of tall pine trees, while the other collected cones from them. This spectacle probably looked quite funny from the outside :)
So we collected green pine cones in the required quantity.

The next step was to study information on the Internet about ways to prepare a healing product from pine cones. Among several methods, I chose one - it is most similar to the one that my mother used to make pine honey.
Now I offer this recipe (already tested, as they say, “on myself”) to the attention of Gardenia readers.

Preparation of "Shishkinogo Honey"

To prepare “Shishkino Honey”, adhere to the following proportion:
- young, green pine cones - 75-80 pieces per liter of water,
- granulated sugar - 1 kg per 1 liter of pine infusion.

Sort out the collected cones, rinse thoroughly in clean water. Fill them with fresh cold water- so that it covers the cones by 1-2 cm.
Next, place the bowl with the cones on the fire and bring the water to a boil. Then you need to boil (with the lid closed!) over low heat for about half an hour. As a result, the cooked cones should become soft.
After this, the resulting decoction should infuse for 1 day.

The next day, strain this infusion by pouring the liquid into another pan.
Add granulated sugar to the broth (from the ratio: 1 kg of sugar per 1 liter of infusion). Next, cook the cones in the resulting syrup, like regular jam.
During cooking, do not forget to skim off any foam that forms!
Cook pine cones over low heat for at least 1.5 hours.

The result is “Shishkin Honey” of a beautiful crimson color.
I pour it into heated jars and close the lids.

From 150 pieces of collected green pine cones, I got an infusion with a volume of 1 liter 400 ml .
And that’s how much I stocked up for the whole year in ready-made healing syrup - pine honey.

To make honey from cones you will need:

  • 1 kg granulated sugar;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • 1 kg of green pine cones;
  • half a teaspoon of citric acid.

Before you start making honey, the cones need to be thoroughly cleaned, sorted, and damaged and old ones removed. Preparing honey from young pine cones requires several stages:

  1. The washed and peeled cones are placed in a pan, filled with cold water and brought to a boil over low heat.
  2. The cones are boiled over low heat for one hour, after which the pan must be removed from the heat, cooled and the broth allowed to brew for at least 8 hours.
  3. After 8 hours, the procedure is repeated - the broth is boiled for an hour, cooled and settled for 8 hours. The procedure must be repeated until the buds become soft - usually 3-4 times.
  4. After the cones are ready, the broth is filtered, sugar is added to it and boiled for half an hour.
  5. To keep pine cone honey for a long time, you need to add citric acid, pour into a boiled jar and roll up - just like any other homemade preparations.

How to use pine honey?

You need to take one tablespoon of green medicine 3 times a day, half an hour before meals. As a preventive measure, it is recommended to reduce the dose to 1 tablespoon per day. Healthy jam It can also be taken by children, however, in this case, instead of a tablespoon, a teaspoon will serve as a single dose.
